• Preorder items typically have a minimum 2-3 week turnaround but can be delayed. It's best to check the preorder updates row & product descriptions when ordering for any changes on preorder shipping times.
• Made per order: These items are clearly marked with a 1-2 week turnaround and 2-3 week turnaround to ship.

If you placed an order, you should have gotten a tracking email sent to you. If you never received your item, check below:

• If tracking does not show delivered, see when it was last updated. It will also usually have an updated delivery date. Sometimes stuff happens and packages get delayed.
• If tracking never updated or got stuck somewhere, it's best to open a case with USPS. Feel free to reach out if you need help. hello@stealfistmarket.com
• If an item shows delivered, and you never got it open a case with USPS. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do at that point to get your package. If you encounter this, feel free to reach.
